Mr. Mohamed Abdulla Mohamed Al Khonji - Chairman
A graduate from University of North Colorado in Economics and an MBA course in Private Equity. A leading businessman in Oman for more than thirty years at the helm of own companies and has held and holds board memberships in multiple joint stock companies: currently, Chairman of the Board of Oman Hotels and Tourism Company SAOC, United Finance Company SAOG, Deputy Chairman of Takaful Oman Insurance SAOG, Director in Moosa Abdul Rahman Hassan Properties, Board Member and chairman of Executive Committee of Salaam Air SAOC.
Dr. Abdullah Masoud Al Harthy – Vice Chairman
A graduate of Staffordshire University, Master in Business Administration of Lincolnshire University in the UK and Doctorate in Islamic Banking of Universiti Tenaga Nasional of Malaysia. A leading businessman in Oman for more than 26 year in various executive management positions and special consultancy in public and private enterprises. Holds board memberships in the Oman Chamber of Commerce and board membership and chairman of Executive Committee of various joint stock companies. Currently, Vice Chairman of O&E SAOG and Chairman of the Board of the Financial Corporation SAOG.
Mr. Abdul Aziz Al Harthy
A graduate in Management of Information Systems of Modern College of Business in Oman and Master Business Administration of Bedfordshire University in the UK. A results driven professional with extensive experience Internal Auditor, Quality Assurance, Business Processes and Operational Internal Controls in various banking institutions for more than 15 years. Holder of board memberships in various public and closed joint stock companies. Currently, Vice Chairman of Omani Euro Food Industries Co. SAOG.
Mr. Khalid Masud Ansari
Highly experienced professional with deep understanding of the business environment, accounting and auditing profession. Former partner in charge of KPMG Oman responsible for audits and advisory assignments for diversified clients and publicly quoted companies related to due diligence reviews, business valuations, feasibility reports, turnarounds, mergers and acquisitions, business process reengineering and other. Has also been responsible for strategic assignments for Government owned entities including port project, power project, food security study, affordable housing and establishment of first Islamic bank in Oman.
Mr. Hassan Sadeq Abdowani
An investment professional with over 25 years of senior management experience in investments and investment services companies. Has lead investment deals covering deal sourcing, financial valuations, due diligence, acquisitions and divestments in both private and public listed companies on Muscat Stock Exchange. Head-0n approach in developing start-ups and growth opportunities with focus on devising, implementing and execution of strategic plans in various industry sectors.
