INVESTMENT PHILOSOPHY

In the pursuit to achieve the principal objectives for which it was established, O&E has promoted and invested in major projects that are all in commercial operations in Oman and UAE. O&E has also participated, as founder investor, in several other projects in both countries.

The primary objectives of O&E’s investment program are preservation of capital, maintaining liquidity, earning optimal return on investment and maintaining an acceptable level of gearing considering circumstances. Monthly Management Reports and quarterly Risk Reports are submitted on the status of investments including any area of non-compliance with stipulated policies and recommendations for a plan of action.
