Oman & Emirates Investment Holding Company SAOG (O&E) was established by Royal Decree in 1993 as a joint venture between the Governments of the Sultanate of Oman and the United Arab Emirates, together with local private founding investors from both Countries. O&E is registered as an Omani Joint Stock Company traded in Muscat, Abu Dhabi and Dubai Securities Markets
