Bachelor’s in architecture (American University of Beirut) and Cranfield MBA. Chartered Architect (RIBA and ARCUK). Member of Cranfield Management Association, Association of MBAs.
Shah Abbas Jaffer Rizvi – Financial Controller
Audit & Accounts professional and financial analyst. Experience in chartered accountancy with Ernst & Young. Official Technical Trainer for audit and assurance staff. Bachelor’s in Commerce, Karachi University, and CA Intermediate, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.
Dr. Saeed Al Kharousi – Manager Administration & Investor Relations
Dr. Saeed Hilal Al-kharousi holds a diverse array of academic and professional qualifications, culminating in a doctorate in Business Administration. With over 30 years of extensive experience, he has worked at Oman and Emirates Company, navigating various departments within the organization. Saeed possesses a broad expertise in management, finance, human resources, public affairs, law, and corporate governance. He also has experience in the secretariat of board and has held several board memberships in industrial, agricultural, and real estate development companies.
